Seaport general manager Rory Respicio had enough of Joanne Brown's duplicity and her attacks against his employees.
In the wake of a Civil Service Commission report showing that hiring conducted by Respicio and Brown's predecessor, Mary Torres, were above board, Mr. Respicio took to the air waves and did not mince words on his thoughts about Ms. Brown.
Of note is the fact that previous CSC reports and rulings show that since 2011, the only seaport general manager who had questionable hiring practices was Brown herself.
