PHOTOS: Promotion of Guardsmen at the Capitol Rotunda

Congressman Michael San Nicolas participated in a promotion ceremony of Guam National Guard troops in the Rotunda of the U.S Capitol on Jan. 24. The promoted Soldiers, Sgt. Nicole Cruz, Pvt. 1st Class David Ignacio, and Pvt. 1st Class Jesmar Silvederio, were deployed to the nation's capital to provide support for civil authorities during the presidential inauguration.
