NEWS: CNMI medical referral patients relocated from Wyndham hotel

By Jacob Nakamura

(Tumon, Guam) The Wyndham Hotel, which today became one of two hotels used for the isolation of people arriving into Guam from abroad, also was the site where some medical referral patients from the Northern Mariana Islands would stay on Guam. Until today.

Workers with the NMI Guam office were relocating their residents today from the Wyndham to another hotel.

The CNMI Guam Liaison Office was not answering its phones today (it is unclear whether that office has been closed as a consequence of Gov. Ralph Torres's shutdown of most government services). The NMI Office of Homeland Security referred Kandit's questions on the matter to Gerald Guerrero, has has not responded to our inquiry as of the publication of this story.

Who owns these hotels and do they donate to the current leadership in Guam & CNMI?
