Democrat Congressman Michael San Nicolas and Republican Party of Guam chairman Juan Carlos Benitez met in Washington, D.C. upon the delegate's return to the capital.
"Great meeting with my friend and bi-partisan partner in Washington D.C. Juan Carlos Benitez, Chairman of the Guam Republican Party, working together to advance the island and the people of Guam," Mr. San Nicolas said.
