After taking a five-minute break, Rep. Tina Sablan said she would like to hear what Department of Finance and Governor's Office officials have to say about doctored documents before asking Gov. Ralph Torres himself.
She made a motion to subpoena the Secretary of Finance, the governor's legal counsel, and two other officials. The special committee approved the subpoenas unanimously.

Rep. Tina Sablan has just made a motion to subpoena Gov. Ralph Torres to appear before the Special Committee investigating his executive expenditures.
The subpoena request is being made in light of the doctoring of documents he used to receive personal reimbursements.
