The Federal Bureau of Investigation found 21 videos of naked young male minors engaged in sexual activity - some with grown men - on a cell phone they confiscated from a man who thought he was meeting a 13-year-old boy to have sex.
The FBI has produced evidence in federal court alleging Jason S. Brown, a Yigo resident, used Grindr, WhatsApp, and Facebook Messenger to lure a "13-year-old boy living in Andersen Air Force Base" to have sex with him, and to trade suspected child pornography.
The "13-year-old boy living in Andersen Air Force Base" was FBI Special Agent Joshua Kipp, who posed as the teenage boy "Shayne" on Grindr. Grindr is a popular social media app for gay men to meet each other for sex.
"The online persona SA Kipp created was that of a homeschooled 13-year-old boy named Shayne (Shayne), living on Andersen Air Force Base," Mr. Kipp's affidavit in federal court for a warrant to search certain related Facebook accounts states. "At approximately 8:51 p.m. on November 17, 2020, username NPNC, who was later identified as JASON S. BROWN, began a chat on the Grindr application with Shayne. Within minutes BROWN asked Shayne to move the chat to the WhatsApp messaging application."
"During the chats BROWN asked Shayne for images of his penis, asked Shayne if he was a virgin, asked Shayne if he wanted to get "sucked" and "fucked",and set-up a time to pick up Shayne at the Andersen Air Force Base Pass and ID Office so BROWN could have sex with Shayne. Additionally, BROWN transmitted images of his exposed penis to Shayne using the WhatsApp application."
Brown was taken into custody by the FBI at the meet up site - the Pass & ID office outside AAFB.
In the course of the investigation that ensued, federal officials discovered a disturbing amount of suspected child pornography, including the video of a man anally penetrating a five-year-old boy. "At least 21 videos and 7 digital images of suspected child pornography were received and/or transmitted by BROWN," the federal affidavit states. The FBI agent describes each of the 21 videos as follows:
Depicts a naked male minor masturbating in a bathroom.
Depicts a naked male minor masturbating in a bathroom and exposing his anus.
Depicts a naked adult male standing over a male child of approximately 5 years old, who is naked from the waist down with legs spread. The adult male repeatedly penetrates the anus of the male child with his penis while taking pictures with a camera.
Depicts a blindfolded male minor wearing only underwear. Another individual exposes the penis of the blindfolded male minor and provides manual masturbation.
Depicts a male minor who undresses and masturbates.
Depicts a prepubescent male, shown only from the knees to the bellybutton, who slides his underwear down, exposing his penis, and masturbates.
Depicts a male minor who removes his underwear and masturbates.
Depicts a male minor being fondled in the groin area, over his clothing, by another individual.
Depicts a male minor lying on the floor, with his penis exposed, masturbating.
Depicts a male minor, using a puppy dog nose and ears filter, wearing only a shirt, expose his penis and masturbate until he ejaculates.
Depicts a male minor expose his penis and masturbate.
Depicts a close-up video of a prepubescent male penis. The male masturbates until he ejaculates.
Depicts a male minor undress and masturbating.
Depicts a naked male minor masturbating.
Depicts a male minor remove his pants and underwear and masturbate.
Depicts a male minor sitting in a chair with his penis exposed masturbating until he ejaculates.
Depicts two male minors with penises exposed playing with themselves and each other while another male minor watches from behind.
Depicts a naked male minor masturbating in the shower.
Depicts a male minor who removes his underwear, exposing his penis, and masturbating until he ejaculates.
Depicts a male minor lying on the ground with his penis exposed masturbating until he ejaculates.
Depicts a male minor lying on the ground with his penis exposed masturbating until he ejaculates.
Pedophile Ring on Facebook; Mike Red, #=x_x_x=#, and ABCDEE
Forensic analysis of Brown's phone confirmed he was communicating with multiple Facebook Messenger accounts in an attempt to receive and distribute the suspected child pornography. These accounts include "Mike Red," "#=x_x_x=#," "Kian Garcia," and"ABCDEE."
One of the chats between Brown and Mike Red, which began October 24, 2020 and was translated from Tagalog to English, points to a group chat that seems to involve a ring of pedophiles follows:
BROWN: May I join?
BROWN: Could you please add me?
RED: Hi, hello, [2 smiling emoji] there are 2 steps so that I can add you for GC. You have to choose between #1 or#2 [2 checks emoji] so that I can add you.[two smiling faces with heart emoji] #1 send 20 sample video kids[thumbs up emoji] Or #220 pesosload Just choose #1 or #2 [2 okay hand sign emoji] so that I can add you to [rain sign emoji] Kid who can Fuck [rain sign emoji] If you are not in 1 or 2? You cannot be accepted to GC. [rain sign emoji]
Sir just choose. This is not a scam, [facepalm, 2 smiling faces emoji]
BROWN: [BROWN sends 20 videos]
BROWN: Can I [send] videos?
RED: Adult [videos] are not acceptable.
BROWN: What are acceptable?
RED: Kids 15 below.
BROWN: [thumbs up emoji] I will download some if I have time.
RED: [thumbs up emoji]
BROWN: [BROWN sends 40 videos]
BROWN: Is it okay now? [thumbs up emoji]
