Rudy Quinata told police officers, "Joyner did it."
Joyner Sked is Quinata's girlfriend, who was arrested by police along with Quinata for the murder of former Umatac Mayor Daniel Sanchez.
According to the declaration of probable cause by prosecutor Jeremiah Luther, a witness said Ms. Sked bragged about stabbing, shooting, and killing a person.
