Blas to governor: Use money to get families on feet; nevermind the bells & whistles for GovGuam

Sen. Frank Blas, Jr., in an early morning interview with Ray Gibson on 93.3 FM The Point, said the governor should forget about the "bells and whistles" she wants to buy for GovGuam agencies using federal rescue money. He's asking the governor to use that money instead to raise the standard of living for the everyday Guam family.
